‘I couldn’t wait to visit the brand new Halloween lakeside light Trail
Walking around Partridge Lakes once the sun sets and the woodland becomes dark, the lake isn’t in complete darkness, though, as it’s lit up with lots of beautiful lights and spooky decorations.
It totally started off the Halloween and Autumn season with a bang.
If you love all things Halloween and want to get into the spirit of autumn, the Halloween Lakeside Light trail is for you.
It was easy to find the venue from the M6 motorway and although we initially went past the entrance (it was a little dark on the lane and we missed the sign first time around) we really shouldn’t have as there were plenty of marshal’s directing cars right from the lane into the venue.

“What an incredible event, we loved the whole set up! Not too scary, more spooky but amazing lights and props, it took us about 45 mins in total to do the whole trail, but you could take more time if you wanted to, lots of photo opportunities.
Such a great choice of food and drinks, alcoholic or non alcoholic, milkshakes for the kids. Food was a mix and sweet treats available too like crepes etc, we had the Vietnamese food and just WOW! And toasting the marshmallows was one of my favourite parts!
Great parking, and super easy to find just off the motorway. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back next year already!”
